Week-Update
Holidays are approaching and I will be shooting and producing my first music video. Yes that’s something I/we do too around here. I’m excited and already gathering all my ideas for the shoot with 1-8-7. I already have some ideas pinpointed.

Sessions in April
Since I had trouble to get my mic over the weeks I had to reschedule all of the sessions planned for March to April. Most of them happen on April 6th during the SKATE PUNK FEST at Melusina Club in luxembourg.

Mixed feelings
I’m heading home now from the Your Demise headline tour. First things first great show. Basement started off and warmed up the crowed for the following bands and of course Your Demise. Many people came out and supported this show.
I met a new producer/director which was a real pleasure to work with. Thumbs up for Tom Welsh who gave me a some motivation to continue with my project.

Daytrader- Album release
Daytrader announced a while ago that they were hitting up the studio to produce a new album. They just released a song of their new album ‘Twelve Years’ coming out on May 8th 2012 through Rise Records.

MxPx release a new album
MxPx will release a new album called ‘Plans Within Plans’ and it’ll be available on 06.04 through Flix Records/Cargo.
Mike Herrera will be on tour this spring promoting this new album with help of a band named Cancer check them out and hit up some tour dates.

Weekend-Update 3
It’s Sunday and somewhere in Germany my mic is traveling right to me. Sessions are booked, dates are set, gear is ordered, motivation is high. Despite the fact that I ordered that mic for the third time in two weeks I#m still optimistic that I finally can start next week.

I’m still young and I’m sure I haven’t heard every single band in this world. It’s impossible to do so I guess. Nevertheless music is a huge part of my life. Week-Update
What is it with these German delivery services? It says it takes 2-3 days and I’m waiting for it for 2 weeks. There’s gotta be something wrong with their time measurements.
I’m waiting for my Rode mic and I hope it’ll be here soon like really soon because then I can finally start with the first artist doing an acoustic session.

Weekly Updates

I discovered them a while ago and at first they didn’t really catch my ears but then I really started to listen to their songs and they now have become one of my favorite bands.
There are many bands out in our huge world and lyrics have become really important for the success of a band.

I looked for a special mic this whole week and I kind of like this one from rode. Nice smooth sound and fits perfectly onto my camera (at least they say so on the internet) but I really can’t get a hold of one of these mics.
